DeepHush is a web and mobile application built using Next.js and Capacitor, offering authenticated user functionality and content storage.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Upload harmful or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass security
• Interfere with system operation

5. User Content

• You retain ownership
• You grant DeepHush a limited license to store/process content solely to provide the Service
• You are legally responsible for your content

6. Intellectual Property

All DeepHush software, branding, and design are protected.

7. Availability

Service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal requirements, or security reasons.

9. Disclaimer

No warranties, express or implied.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No liability for indirect damages
• Liability capped at fees paid (if any)

11. Governing Law

Governing law: Germany / EU law

12. Changes

Continued use after changes = acceptance.

13. App Store Distribution

DeepHush may be distributed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, its content, or support obligations.
